Aurangabad, Feb 20:

A 66 years old working as house maid was going home after her work. A motorcyclist on the pretext of giving her lift on the motorcycle snatched gold chain from her neck at Devanagari on February 19. A case has been registered at the Osmanpura police station.

Police said, complainant, Anusaya Prakash Phulzade (Devanagari area) was going home from her work on Friday at around 4 pm. An unknown motorcyclist stopped near her and offered her life on his bike. He dropped her near Devanagari. When she got down from the bike, he snatched gold chain from her neck and fled away speedily. Phulzade lodged a complaint at Osmanpura police station. PI Dilip Tare and others went and inspected the spot.
