Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

A worker was seriously injured after allegedly being made to work without safety equipment at a company in the Waluj MIDC area. A case has been registered at the Waluj MIDC Police Station.

According to police, complainant Rahul Gaikwad stated that on March 30, while working at Bajaj company in MIDC Waluj, a nose plier struck his head, causing severe head and eye injuries. He alleged that mandatory safety gear was not provided despite repeated requests. Based on his complaint, a case has been registered against shift in-charge Amol Kulkarni, Chetan Ratnaparkhe, Kiran K.R., and TeamLease representative Shubham Dhasal. The investigation is being conducted by police sub inspector Pravin Patharkar.
