The Sociology and Economics Department of Deogiri Collees organised a national-level workshop on research methodology. Head of the Management Science Department of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) Dr Abhijit Shelke inaugurated the workshop. College Principal Dr Ashok Tejankar presided over the function.
Making an introductory speech, Sociology Department head Dr Dilip Khairnar explained the role behind organising the conference. Dr Shelke guided the participants on how to choose a research topic and the urgency of conducting socially oriented research.
Principal Dr Tejankar spoke at the valedictory ceremony. Dr Dnyaneshwar Jige, Vice Principal Dr Ravi Patil, Dr Aparna Taware, Dr Ganesh Mohite, Dr Parashuram Bachevad, Dr Pradeep Gire and Dr Vivek Mahale were present. A total of 250 researchers participated in the workshop.
