Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Dr Ambedkar College of Law, Nagsenvan, organised a one-day workshop on Soft Skill Development recently under its Internal Quality Assurance Cell initiative.

Principal Dr P J Herode envisioned shaping students into well-rounded individuals, equipping them not only with legal acumen but also essential life skills.

He believes that in today's world of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Emotional Intelligence (EI) is more important than ever for personal and professional success.

Yash Kankal, a third-year student of the Integrated Program in Management (IPM) at IIM Bodh Gaya and Founder of Sargam_ei, an initiative dedicated to empowering youth through EI was felicitated.

The participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions, real-life case studies, and interactive exercises. A feedback survey was also conducted post-session. Kiran Bhalerao, Sandeep Patekar, Dr Shaikh Mahemood, Swapnil Chakre and Pradip Salve worked for the success of the event.
