The Ready Engineer MSME Innovation Program 2024-25 concluded with great success, highlighting the talent and innovation of young engineering students. Organized under Tata Technologies’ CSR initiative and MASSIA, the event celebrated technological advancements and student projects.

The event was held at MASSIA’s auditorium in Chikalthana, the ceremony recognized over 55 students from six engineering colleges who showcased 15 innovative projects. Additionally, 217 students attended a comprehensive Electric Vehicle (EV) workshop focused on EV technology and vehicle conversions. Head of the Ready Engineer Program Siddharth Yawalkar praised the students’ creativity, stating that innovation is crucial in today’s tech-driven world. Several students secured job opportunities through their participation in the program.MASSIA President Chetan Raut encouraged students to pursue entrepreneurship, highlighting the importance of new ideas for progress. The event, hosted by MASSIA Secretary Rajendra Chaudhary, saw the attendance of key figures including Vice President Arjun Gaikwad and Milind Kulkarni. Certificates were distributed to all participants, with students and faculty expressing gratitude to Tata Technologies and MASSIA for the opportunity.
