Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

A 26-year-old youth from Chhattisgarh died after allegedly jumping out of the window of a moving travels bus on the Samruddhi Expressway.

The deceased has been identified as Nilesh Mahesh Durve (26), a resident of Pandariya in Kabirdham district, Chhattisgarh. The incident occurred around 11:20 pm on Tuesday near Pheran Jalgaon in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar tehsil. He sustained serious injuries after jumping from the moving bus.

Following the incident, he was immediately rushed to the civil hospital in Jalna via a 108 ambulance. However, doctors declared him dead after examination.

Information about the incident was conveyed to Karmad Police Station through the medical police outpost in Jalna. An accidental death has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
