The zilla parishad (ZP) employees’ union backed the state-level agitation of the employees to press various demands. Hence, the ZP employees worked wearing black badges for the entire day. The employees submitted a memorandum of demands to the ZP CEO on the occasion. President of the union, Suresh Gaikwad, secretary Pradeep Rathod, treasurer Babasaheb Kale, executive president Ajay Bodhankar, Padmakar Rajput, Shakhar Karande, Raju Joshi, Virendra Jadhav, Govind Ingole, Ravindra Devde, Alka Kale, Mangala Joshi, Savita Narwade, Sulbha Kulkarni and others worked wearing black badges and supported the agitation.
