Ashok Leyland Feb sales down by 37 per cent

Commercial vehicles maker Ashok Leyland Ltd on Monday said its sales went down by 37 per cent last month as compared to February 2019 numbers.

Chennai, March 2 Commercial vehicles maker Ashok Leyland Ltd on Monday said its sales went down by 37 per cent last month as compared to February 2019 numbers.

The company said last month, it sold a total of 11,475 units, down from 18,245 units sold in February 2019.

While Ashok Leyland's sales of trucks went down, the sales of buses went up 41 per cent to 2,474 units last month
