As the world marks International Women’s Day, the most powerful stories are often not just about professional milestones, but about the resilience, compassion, and quiet strength women bring to every role they take on. The journey of Priyancka Agarwaal reflects exactly that: an inspiring balance of entrepreneurship, responsibility, and deeply personal courage. While she is widely known as the Founder and CEO of Enorma Infraa- a sales mandate firm in real estate- Priyancka’s story is equally about family, loss, resilience, and the power of women supporting each other through life’s most difficult moments.

When Life Redefined Strength

For Priyancka, strength was not defined only in business decisions or boardroom challenges. One of the most defining chapters of her life came after the heartbreaking loss of her brother Rahul Agarwal. His passing could have left a deep fracture in the family, but instead it became a moment that strengthened the bond between the women in it. Priyancka and her sister-in-law chose to come together to raise his beautiful child who was just 2 years old at that time, co-parenting with shared responsibility, empathy, and unwavering support.

What could have been a story of grief alone became a story of resilience and sisterhood. In many ways, this decision reflects the deeper spirit of women supporting women: a reminder that family structures evolve, but love and commitment remain constant. Together, they chose stability and care over isolation, creating an environment where the child continues to grow and flourish, surrounded by strength and affection. The experience reshaped Priyancka’s perspective on leadership and responsibility, reminding her that true strength is often quiet, patient, and deeply human.

A Childhood That Taught Independence Early

Priyancka’s sense of responsibility began early. She started working at the age of 16, a step that shaped her understanding of independence and discipline long before most people entered the workforce. Growing up in a middle-class family, she learned quickly that success comes from effort and accountability rather than comfort or shortcuts. That early exposure to work instilled habits that would later become the foundation of both her personal and professional life. Over the last 15 years, she has worked across the Indian real estate sector, slowly building experience and credibility. But beyond the titles and career progression, what truly shaped her outlook was the value she placed on integrity, hard work, and emotional balance.

Balancing Ambition and Emotional Grounding

For many women, ambition is often misunderstood as something loud or aggressive. Priyancka sees it differently. To her, ambition is clarity: the courage to pursue growth while remaining emotionally grounded. It is about being financially independent, mentally strong, and yet deeply connected to family and personal values. Her life reflects this balance: building a business while also showing up for family when it mattered most. “Momentum comes after discipline, not before,” she often says: a philosophy that applies as much to life as it does to work.

Building Something Meaningful

While her personal journey has shaped much of her worldview, it also influenced how she approached entrepreneurship. After spending over a decade in the real estate industry and rising to the role of Vice President – Sales & Marketing during her professional career, Priyancka recognized serious gaps in the way properties were being sold: lack of transparency, scattered pricing, and declining buyer trust. In 2016, she founded Enorma Infraa: a sales mandate firm in real estate- to introduce discipline and accountability through a sole-selling model, ensuring that developers and buyers could work within a more transparent and structured sales system. Today, the company has grown into a trusted partner for developers across multiple cities, but for Priyancka, the focus has never been just growth: it has been building trust.

A Message to Women from Priyancka Agarwaal

On this International Women’s Day, Priyancka says:

Build financial independence, trust your instincts, and never let self doubt decide your future. Because strength does not always appear as bold declarations or grand achievements. Sometimes, it appears in quieter choices: showing up for family, building something meaningful, and continuing forward even when life demands more than you expected. And in that quiet resilience, women often discover their greatest power.
