New Delhi [India], April 30: Elitecon International Limited today announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Kumar Anubhav Upadhyay as an Executive Additional Director of the Company, effective April 29, 2026.
Mr. Upadhyay brings more than 25 years of professional experience across technology, construction, and infrastructure-led businesses. With 17 years of experience in Information Technology and 5 years in the construction and infrastructure sector across the NCR region, he brings a strong combination of operational, strategic, and cross-industry expertise to the Company.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen Elitecon International Limited's leadership capabilities as the Company continues to focus on growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
The Board also took note of the resignation of Mr. Vipin Sharma from the position of Managing Director of the Company, effective April 29, 2026. The Board places on record its appreciation for his contributions during his tenure with the Company.
The Board Meeting commenced at 8:40 PM and concluded at 9:10 PM.
