Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has announced an update regarding its previously disclosed strategic transaction involving the conversion of its investment in Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) into equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, Square Port Shipyard Private Limited. The disclosure was submitted to BSE Limited in accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company stated that there has been a revision in the indicative timeline for completion of the transaction. The conversion process, which was earlier communicated to the exchange on January 27, 2026, is now expected to be finalized in March 2026. The conversion represents a strategic internal restructuring step intended to strengthen the company's equity position in its subsidiary and streamline its investment structure.

Hazoor Multi Projects clarified that no other terms, conditions, or details of the previously disclosed transaction have changed. All other information provided in its earlier regulatory filing remains valid and in effect.
