HDFC Bank, a large private sector bank, is once again facing a technical hurdle. On Tuesday, there was a complaint that the app of HDFC Bank was down. The bank has since advised its customers to use the net banking option.

"We are experiencing some issues on the MobileBanking App. We are looking into this on priority and will update shortly. Customers are requested to please use NetBanking to complete their transaction. Regret the inconvenience caused. Thank you.", read the tweet by HDFC.

HDFC Bank had faced technical issues a few times before. Once in December 2019, the net banking and mobile banking facilities of the bank were shut down for several hours. Due to which customers had to face issues while doing transactions.
