Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], February 10: Kellton Tech Solutions Limited (BSE: 519602 | NSE: KELLTONTEC), a global IT services and digital transformation company, has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

The Board meeting has been convened in accordance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Among other matters, the Board will consider and approve the Company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The financial results will be announced to the exchanges upon approval and will be made available on the Company's website.

This intimation has been duly submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, reaffirming Kellton Tech Solutions' continued commitment to timely disclosures, regulatory compliance, and transparent communication with its stakeholders.

Further, the Company has reiterated that the trading window for dealing in its equity shares remains closed, in line with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The trading window was closed with effect from January 2, 2026, as previously communicated, and shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
