New Delhi [India], April 01: MIC Electronics Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Sambalpur Division of the East Coast Railway Zone of Indian Railways for the provision of advanced passenger information display systems across multiple railway stations.

The order, valued at approximately ₹2.13 crore, involves the supply and installation of Coach Information Boards (CIB) and Train Information Boards (TIB) at key stations and platforms within the Sambalpur Division. The project underscores MIC Electronics' continued focus on strengthening its presence in the railway infrastructure and passenger information systems segment.

Awarded through a competitive tender process, the contract is classified as a domestic order and is expected to be executed within a period of six months. The scope of work reflects the company's technological capabilities in delivering efficient and reliable information display solutions aimed at enhancing passenger experience across railway networks.

In line with regulatory disclosures, the company confirmed that the order does not fall under related party transactions and that there is no involvement of promoters or promoter group entities in the awarding authority. This reinforces MIC Electronics' commitment to transparency, strong corporate governance, and compliance with applicable regulations.

This latest order win is expected to contribute positively to the company's order book and operational momentum, further solidifying its position as a key player in India's growing railway modernization initiatives.
