Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], March 09:Ahmedabad witnessed the first edition of India's first Spin Rave Fitness Festival, Kavisha UFIT Flow Fest 2026, held at Gulmohar Greens. The unique event, curated by fitness entrepreneur Pooja Ahuja, brought together music, movement and community in a vibrant outdoor setting, attracting more than 1,000 participants from across the city.

Event was conceived as a celebration of movement rather than a competitive sporting event. Designed to welcome both beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts, the initiative focused on making exercise engaging, inclusive and experiential for people of all ages.

The highlight of the event was the much-anticipated Spin Rave fitness experience. The arena featured 100 spin bikes, immersive lighting and high-energy techno music, creating an electrifying atmosphere where participants rode in synchrony through 45-minute sessions. The fusion of fitness, lights and music delivered an experience rarely seen in India's fitness events.

The festival featured multiple dynamic fitness experiences including high-energy group workouts, hybrid outdoor training sessions and board games, making it one of Ahmedabad's most unique fitness and cultural gatherings.

Hybrid outdoor workouts incorporated ropes, tyres, sandbags and natural movement exercises, allowing participants to train amidst nature. Interactive activities such as treasure hunts and fitness challenges encouraged teamwork, while pottery and sound healing therapy sessions offered moments of relaxation and recovery.

The atmosphere was further enhanced with themed zones and interactive experiences throughout the venue. The festival concluded with a techno sundowner, bringing participants together for a music-led finale.

Speaking about the event, Pooja Ahuja, Founder of UFIT Spinovation, said, “The response to Kavisha UFIT Flow Fest has been truly overwhelming. We created this platform to make fitness feel like a celebration rather than a competition, and seeing people from all walks of life come together with such enthusiasm has been incredibly rewarding. By blending movement, music and nature, we wanted to offer Ahmedabad a fresh and inclusive fitness experience, and the energy on the ground reflected that vision.”

The Kavisha UFIT Flow Fest aims to bring families together on one platform to experience fitness in a fun and engaging way, while building a strong community around movement, health and shared energy. The festival has set a promising precedent for future large-scale fitness festivals in Ahmedabad.
