Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 20: Paisalo Digital Limited, a leading NBFC focused on last-mile credit delivery, has announced the partial redemption of its Unlisted, Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) by exercising a call option, reflecting the Company's disciplined approach towards balance sheet and liability management.

In a regulatory filing submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the Company informed that it has redeemed 10 Unsecured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures under Series PDL-09-2023, aggregating to an amount of Rs. 1 crore. These debentures carried an actual maturity date of September 2, 2033, and the early redemption has been undertaken in accordance with the terms of issue.

The partial redemption has been carried out pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company exercised its call option to retire a portion of the outstanding NCDs ahead of the scheduled maturity, underscoring its proactive stance in managing long-term borrowings.
