Paisalo Digital Limited has successfully raised ₹51 crore through the allotment of 51,000 secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The allotment was approved by the company's Operations and Finance Committee on March 18, 2026, in compliance with applicable SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

Each debenture carries a face value of ₹10,000 and offers an attractive coupon rate of 9.25% per annum, with interest payable on a monthly basis. The instruments have a tenure of 30 months and are set to mature on September 18, 2028. The debentures will be redeemed at par upon maturity, providing investors with predictable returns and a defined investment horizon.

The issuance is backed by a robust security structure, with a first-ranking exclusive charge on Paisalo Digital's loan receivables. The company has ensured a minimum security cover of 1.10 times the outstanding principal amount at all times, reinforcing the safety of investor capital. Additionally, the terms include a penal interest of 2% per annum in the event of any delay in servicing interest or principal beyond three months, further strengthening investor safeguards.

This fundraising initiative is expected to support Paisalo Digital's ongoing business expansion, particularly in enhancing its lending portfolio and meeting growing credit demand across key markets. The company continues to focus on maintaining a strong balance sheet while delivering consistent value to its stakeholders through disciplined financial management and prudent capital allocation.

The successful completion of this issuance underscores investor confidence in Paisalo Digital's business model and its commitment to sustainable growth.
