New Delhi [India], April 23: The vibrant energy of RESET: Nav Aarambh took over Worldmark Gurugram on April 4-5, 2026, bringing together a powerful community of fitness enthusiasts, wellness experts, and conscious brands under one roof. Inspired by the vision of the Fit India Movement, the initiative emerged as a dynamic step towards encouraging a healthier, more active India.

Conceptualised by Kaifi Bharti, Founder of Heights Group and founding member of I M Social, RESET: Nav Aarambh was envisioned not merely as an event, but as a movement. "RESET is designed to inspire individuals to embrace holistic well-being combining fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and lifestyle into one immersive experience," Bharti shared.

The two-day wellness festival witnessed an overwhelming response, achieving a digital reach of over 10 million+ and welcoming more than 8,000 participants, along with 100+ fitness enthusiasts, influencers, and health-focused communities. The scale and credibility of the event were further strengthened by the presence of leading brands and partners including BMW Mini Cooper (Bird Automotive), Puma, One Science Nutrition, Cornitos, Snackora, Pinq Polka, and Bomiso Fitness as the Fitness Partner.

A key highlight of the event was the revival of traditional fitness practices through Vedic Akhada sessions led by Mudgar Waale, reintroducing audiences to India's ancient strength-training techniques. The event also embraced healing and mindfulness through a deeply immersive "Heal by Music" session by Bollywood singer Shibani Kashyap, who created a serene and transformative atmosphere. "Music has the power to heal, connect, and transform. Being part of RESET and witnessing people open themselves to this experience was truly special," she said.

The event was further elevated by the presence of actor and MTV personality Rannvijay Singha, who inspired the audience with his thoughts on fitness and discipline, actively engaging participants through live sessions. "Moving your body every day is extremely important. Stay active consistency is key," he emphasised.

Adding expert insight, Sachin Rana, strength coach of Gujarat Titans, highlighted the importance of recovery in fitness, stating, "Power naps and proper recovery are essential for a healthier lifestyle and improved performance."

Reflecting on the vision behind the initiative, Bharti noted, "A significant portion of India's population, especially in the 30-55 age group, is facing serious health challenges due to lifestyle choices. RESET: Nav Aarambh is our effort to motivate individuals towards a fitter, healthier, and more balanced way of living."

Seamlessly curated by Heights Group, RESET: Nav Aarambh has established itself as a powerful platform for wellness, community engagement, and meaningful brand collaborations. Building on the success of its debut edition, the initiative is now set to expand pan-India and Overseas , promising an even larger and more impactful celebration of health, fitness, and holistic living.
