New Delhi [India], November 17: SAR Televenture Ltd (NSE – SME: SARTELE), a premier provider of integrated telecom infrastructure solutions, today announced its unaudited half-year results for the period ended September 30, 2025 (H1FY26). The company, a specialist in 4G/5G tower deployment and high-performance fiber networks, reported a substantial top-line expansion, with Revenue from Operations climbing 106.60 percent year-over-year to Rs 241.76 crore from Rs 117.02 crore in H1FY25, reflecting steady operational progress across its digital connectivity projects.

Profitability followed suit, with EBITDA jumping 176.36 percent to Rs 45.49 crore from Rs 16.46 crore in H1FY25, underpinned by significant operational leverage and efficiency gains. Notably, EBITDA margins expanded by 475 basis points, rising from 14.07 percent to 18.82 percent, underscoring the company's adept management of costs while scaling its integrated infrastructure services. The enhanced operating performance translated into marked improvements in profitability metrics across the board, with Profit Before Tax (PBT) up 148.58 percent and Profit After Tax (PAT) up 126.78 percent to Rs 36.26 crore. Diluted Earnings Per Share (EPS) rose by 72.16 percent to Rs 7.42 from Rs 4.31.
