The State Bank of India (SBI) claims that the problem affecting its services, including UPI and mobile banking, has been fixed. A statement on X was shared by the bank. SBI, in an official statement, said, “Technical issues with SBI UPI application stands resolved and is working fine since 5 PM. We regret the inconvenience caused to our customer.”

There were issues with the online services provided by SBI. According to user reviews, there are frequent problems with the bank's online services, such as Internet and mobile banking. The website Downdetector, which tracks outages, indicates that more than 800 customers reported issues at approximately 3:02 PM IST. Online banking (32%) and online login (6%), as well as mobile banking (62%), are the most impacted services. SBI has verified that it is aware of the problems that are affecting customers and has acknowledged these service interruptions.

Many users reacted to the post, sharing their problems due to the severe outage. "Arey bhai Money will not credited It's showing zero I transferred from my credit card," said one user. "@TheOfficialSBI upi fail worst bank services. Only deduct money. Service temporarily unavailable," another user stated.
