New Delhi [India], January 20: Servotech Renewable Power System Limited (formerly known as Servotech Power Systems Limited), a leading player in renewable energy and EV charging solutions, has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, SERVOTECH FOUNDATION, as a Section 8 not-for-profit company under the Companies Act, 2013. The incorporation has been carried out in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
SERVOTECH FOUNDATION has been established as the dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of the Company, reinforcing Servotech's long-term commitment to inclusive growth, social development, and sustainable practices. Through this initiative, the Company aims to create a structured and focused platform to plan, implement, and monitor its CSR activities in alignment with the objectives laid down under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Foundation will undertake a wide range of initiatives across key social impact areas, including employability enhancement, education, entrepreneurship development, sustainable development, environmental protection, health, and nutrition. These initiatives are expected to support underserved communities, promote skill development, and contribute meaningfully to environmental and social well-being, while complementing the Company's broader sustainability goals.
SERVOTECH FOUNDATION has been incorporated with an authorised and paid-up share capital of ₹1 lakh. Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each, amounting to a 100% shareholding in the Foundation, thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary and a related party of the Company. The Foundation is currently in the initial stage and is yet to commence its operations.
