Gurugram (Haryana) [India], March 19: TaskUs Inc. (Nasdaq: TASK) marked International Women's Day with a series of initiatives across its India operations reaffirming its commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and expanding opportunities for women professionals.

A key highlight of the celebrations was a large-scale International Women's Day recruitment drive designed to expand opportunities for women professionals and accelerate gender diversity within the organisation. The initiative brought together aspiring professionals and hiring leaders for a day focused on talent discovery, mentorship and meaningful career conversations. The event combined structured interviews with interactive engagement formats including strategy and focus based challenges, a storytelling led "Women Talk" session and speed mentoring interactions with hiring managers. Participants also showcased their creative talents during a vibrant talent segment reinforcing the diverse strengths women bring to the workplace.

The drive saw 351 candidates participate with interviews conducted throughout the day resulting in 63 immediate joiners and offers extended to 43 additional professionals. The initiative also strengthened TaskUs' future hiring pipeline with 84 high potential candidates identified for upcoming roles. Participation from individuals across diverse communities including candidates from PWD and LGBTQ+ groups further reinforced the organisation's commitment to inclusive hiring.

Across its India sites including Mohali, Navi Mumbai and Gurugram, TaskUs teams also came together to celebrate International Women's Day through employee engagement gatherings and interactive sessions that recognised the contributions of women employees while encouraging conversations around wellbeing, leadership and growth.

A key highlight of the Gurugram celebrations was the launch of MystiqHER, a dedicated initiative aimed at strengthening support systems and development opportunities for women employees at the Mystiqa site. The program introduced a range of initiatives including wellness sessions, self-care workshops, mentorship opportunities, financial literacy sessions and women's health awareness programs. TaskUs also outlined plans to introduce structured career pathing programs to further support women as they grow within the organisation. As part of the celebrations, employees also participated in a wellness session titled "Beyond Superwoman: Redefining Resilience for the Modern Woman", which explored themes of stress management, wellbeing and identity beyond professional roles. Interactive activities encouraged participants to reflect on personal wellbeing priorities and build practical tools for resilience.

Commenting on the initiatives, Sapna Bhambani, SVP of Operations and Country Leader, TaskUs India, said, "At TaskUs, we believe that building a truly inclusive workplace requires sustained commitment and meaningful action. Our International Women's Day initiatives reflect our focus on expanding opportunities for women while strengthening access to mentorship, wellbeing support and career development. We remain committed to creating an environment where women are empowered to grow, lead and thrive at every stage of their professional journey."
