The DivHERsity Benchmarking Report, powered by HerKey (formerly JobsForHer), shows promising trends in gender diversity: mid to senior-level female hires increased from 19% in 2021 to 26% in 2022, and senior to leadership roles surged from 13% in 2021 to an impressive 37% in 2022. These stats reflect a positive shift towards increased gender diversity in critical tech roles. Additionally, HerKey's database covers nearly 60% of women in tech, and a 20% increase in women in tech is anticipated for 2023-24 compared to the previous year.
