New Delhi [India], April 2: AmbitionBox, India's No. 1 platform for company reviews and salary insights, today announced the winners of the ABECA 2026 - AmbitionBox Employee Choice Awards, India's largest employee choice awards.

In its fifth edition, ABECA 2026 honours 120 companies across 16 categories, based on 19 lakh reviews submitted by employees. The awards are built entirely on feedback from employees who worked in these organisations during the calendar year 2025, making them a credible reflection of workplace experience and employee sentiment at scale.

What sets ABECA apart is its employee-first and transparent approach. Companies do not apply or pay to participate, and there is no jury involved. Winners are determined solely based on authentic employee reviews shared on AmbitionBox, reinforcing the platform's commitment to real, unbiased workplace insights.

This year's winners represent a diverse mix of organisations across company sizes and industries, from large enterprises to emerging tech startups, highlighting workplaces that have consistently earned high ratings from their employees.

"The fifth edition of ABECA is a celebration of employee voice at scale. What makes these awards truly special is their democratic nature, real employees sharing real experiences. That's what makes ABECA India's most honest and trusted employee choice awards," said Mayur Mundada, Founder & Business Head, AmbitionBox.

A proprietary algorithm factors in both the number of reviews and overall ratings, ensuring that only companies with consistent and credible employee feedback make it to the final list.

With over 1.5 crore registered users, 95 lakh reviews, and 4 crore salary insights, AmbitionBox continues to enable job seekers to make informed career decisions while helping organisations strengthen their employer brand through authentic employee feedback.
