India head coach Gautam Gambhir visited Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh on Friday, January 16, where he offered prayers at the Mahakaleshwar Temple. He took part in the morning Bhasma Aarti, sat in the Nandi Hall and worshipped Baba Mahakal. India’s batting coach Shitanshu Kotak was also seen with him at the temple. According to reports, Kotak had reached Ujjain on Thursday night and participated in the Bhasma Aarti on Friday morning.Team India will face New Zealand in the third ODI in Indore on January 18. Both teams have already arrived in the city ahead of the decisive match. The three-match ODI series between India and New Zealand is currently level at 1-1. The third match in Indore will decide the series winner. During his visit, Gambhir prayed for India’s victory and remained at the temple for nearly two hours. He has visited Baba Mahakal earlier with his family and has participated in the Bhasma Aarti on four occasions.
