Indian head coach Gautam Gambhir on Thursday, February 5, visited the iconic Siddhivinayak Temple in Dadar, Mumbai, to offer prayers ahead of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026, which is scheduled to start on Saturday, February 7. The visit, seen as a seek of blessings from Lord Ganesha for success before the marquee event, which is being co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka.

Gambhir was seen participating in morning aarti at the temple and seeking blessings for the national side.
