Legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar on Thursday tied the knot with entrepreneur Saaniya Chandhok in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai, a video of which has surfaced on social media and has instantly gone viral. Saaniya, a successful entrepreneur, hails from a prominent family background. She is the granddaughter of noted Mumbai businessman Ravi Ghai and, as per reports, has long been part of the Tendulkar family’s close inner circle.
Arjun Tendulkar was born to legendary Indian batsman Sachin and his wife, Dr Anjali Tendulkar. He attended Dhirubhai Ambani International School before stepping onto the cricketing path to follow in his father's footsteps. Arjun made his under-19 debut for India against Sri Lanka in 2018. He later made his T20 debut for Mumbai in the 2020–21 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. The young cricketer soon joined the Mumbai Indians in the IPL and made his debut in April 2023.
Arjun Tendulkar’s soon-to-be bride, Saaniya Chandok, is the granddaughter of Ravi Ghai, chairman of the Graviss Group. Her family is a leading name in the business sector. However, Saaniya has carved out her own name, as she is a certified veterinarian and has gained certification as a veterinary technician from the ABC program of the Worldwide Veterinary Service. Saaniya launched a luxury pet grooming and care brand, Mr Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP, in 2022. Arjun and Saaniya had an intimate engagement ceremony in the presence of their family and loved ones. In February 2026, Sachin confirmed Arjun and Saaniya’s wedding.
