India National Cricket Team vs Namibia National Cricket Team Match Scorecard: Half-centuries from Ishan Kishan and Hardik Pandya, followed by a sharp spell from Varun Chakravarthy, powered India to a 93-run win over Namibia in their ICC T20 World Cup match on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

India posted 209 for 9 after being asked to bat first at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Namibia replied with 116 all out in 18.2 overs despite a bright start in the powerplay.

Kishan set the tone with a 24-ball 61, striking six fours and five sixes. He brought up his fifty in just 20 balls, collecting 28 runs in the final over of the powerplay with four successive sixes and a boundary. India finished the first six overs on 86 for 1, its third-highest powerplay total in T20 internationals.

India also reached 100 in 6.5 overs, the fastest team hundred in T20 World Cup history.

Captain Gerhard Erasmus removed Kishan for 61 and went on to claim 4 for 20 to keep Namibia in the contest. Sanju Samson had earlier made 22 off eight balls before falling in the second over. Suryakumar Yadav scored 12, while Tilak Varma made 25.

After a middle-overs slowdown, Pandya shifted gears. He struck 52 off 28 balls, with four fours and four sixes, and shared a quick partnership with Shivam Dube to take India past 200. Dube made 23 before being run out. India lost late wickets but still managed 209 for 9.

In reply, Namibia started well. Jan Frylinck (22) and Louren Steenkamp (29) attacked during the powerplay, taking the team to 57 for 1 in six overs.

Varun turned the match in India’s favour. He dismissed Steenkamp and then removed Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton and JJ Smit in quick succession to finish with 3 for 7 in two overs. Axar Patel supported him with 2 for 20, while Pandya took 2 for 21.

Erasmus tried to counter with an 18-run cameo, but wickets fell at regular intervals. Namibia slipped from 86 for 4 to 88 for 5 and never recovered. Jasprit Bumrah, Arshdeep Singh and Shivam Dube took one wicket each as India bowled out the visitors for 116.

With two wins in two matches, India moved to the top of Group A ahead of Pakistan on net run rate.
