The much-awaited Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to kick off on March 22, 2025, and will run until May 25, 2025. This season will feature 74 matches across 13 venues over 65 days, promising an exciting showdown between the best teams in the league. The opening match will see defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
While talking to media Ganguly stated that, "This is a very long tournament, and all the teams are good. It is too early to say anything," Ganguly remarked when asked about the competition.
Speaking about the much-anticipated clash between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), he noted, "KKR’s Sunil Narine has played with Virat Kohli for many years, so we will see tomorrow."
