Sooryavanshi has been in impressive form leading into the tournament. He enjoyed a breakout IPL season last year, scoring 252 runs in seven innings at a strike rate above 200, including a century and a half-century, earning the Super Striker of the Season award.

He also starred in the Under-19 ODI World Cup, finishing among the top run-scorers with 439 runs in seven innings, highlighted by a blistering 175 off 80 balls against England in the final.

Rajasthan entered the match with momentum, having won their previous two games, while Mumbai was looking to bounce back after a loss to Delhi Capitals.
