Jagadeesan reached 100 with 11 boundaries and five sixes before being caught by Mohsin off W Ali Khan for 104 from 55 balls. His innings set the tone for a commanding total, with captain Ayush Badoni contributing a brisk unbeaten 60 from 26 balls. Useful cameos from Priyansh Arya and returning star Tilak Varma helped keep the scoreboard ticking.

Jagadeesan is among 15 players selected by the BCCI for the India A squad, which will also face Namibia in another warm-up match in Bengaluru. Both the USA and Namibia will later compete against the senior Indian team, led by Suryakumar Yadav, in the group stage of the tournament. India, placed in Group A, will face the USA in their World Cup opener at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Saturday.
