Shamas anchored the innings with 98 off 130 balls, hitting 17 fours, while Feroza scored 50 off 60 deliveries. The pair added 162 runs for the first wicket to give the hosts a solid start.
Sidra Amin maintained the momentum in the middle overs with a quick 67 off 59 balls as Pakistan continued to build a strong platform.
Despite losing a couple of wickets in quick succession, Pakistan finished strongly through an unbeaten partnership between Najiha Alvi and captain Fatima Sana. Alvi scored 56 not out off 30 balls, while Fatima added an unbeaten 11 off just three deliveries as the hosts accelerated in the final overs.
For Zimbabwe, Precious Marange was the most successful bowler with 3/39, while Kudzai Chigora and Nomvelo Sibanda took one wicket each.
