West Indies Cricket Team vs South Africa National Cricket Team Match Scorecard: Jason Holder and Romario Shepherd stitched together the highest eighth-wicket partnership in T20 internationals to lift West Indies to 176 for eight against South Africa in their T20 World Cup Super Eight match on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Other notable stands include 75-run efforts by Singapore’s R Sharma and Amjab Mehboob against Cambodia in 2023, and Zimbabwe’s Clive Madande and Wellington Masakadza against Bangladesh in 2024.

Holder scored 49, while Shepherd made an unbeaten 52 as West Indies recovered from a top-order collapse to post a competitive total in the crucial Group 1 clash.
