Veteran India batter Virat Kohli and his wife, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, visited spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The couple, who were first seen in Mumbai before travelling to Delhi, reached the Keli Kunj Ashram in Vrindavan, Mathura, at around 5:30 a.m. IST and spent nearly an hour with the spiritual leader. A video of their visit circulated widely on social media, showing them seated respectfully.
Last December, Sharma and Kohli had also visited Premanand Ji Maharaj’s ashram, where the spiritual leader advised them to view their work as a form of service to God and encouraged them to approach life with humility, devotion, and regular chanting.
Sharma and Kohli were married on December 11, 2017, in Tuscany, Italy. They are parents to daughter Vamika, born January 11, 2021, and son Akaay, born February 15, 2024.
Kohli, who retired from T20 internationals after the 2024 T20 World Cup, is not part of India’s title defence this year. He was last in action during India’s home ODI series against New Zealand. The batter will next feature in the Indian Premier League 2026 for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
