Aamir khan soon will be back on big screen after 2 years, he was last seen in Laal Singh Chadha. After taking short break from films he will be seen with a much-awaited film Sitaare Zameen Par. As per the reports film will be release in June or December this year.  According to a report in Pinkvilla, Sitaare Zameen Par will release on June 20, 2025. Aamir Khan is reportedly aiming for a June 20 release for Sitaare Zameen Par to take advantage of the open window, having shifted from an initial May 30 plan to secure a two-week clear run at the box office.

Reports suggest that the trailer, already prepared, is planned to be attached to Ajay Devgn's Raid 2, releasing May 1, 2025, providing viewers with an early glimpse of the film about a month and a half before its premiere.

However, Sitaare Zameen Par's June 20 release would pit it against Rajkummar Rao's Maalik and Dhanush and Rashmika Mandanna's Kuberaa, creating a potential three-way clash. The film, directed by R. S. Prasanna (Shubh Mangal Saavdhan), is reportedly a remake of the Spanish film Champions and also stars Genelia Deshmukh.
