Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], October 3 : Telugu actor Nagarjuna Akkineni has filed a defamation case against Telangana Congress minister Konda Surekha following her remarks regarding the divorce between his son Naga Chaitanya and actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
