Yami Gautam  posted an Instagram picture announcing her wedding to her best friend Aditya. Yami posted a picture with the caption, "With the blessings of our family, we have tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony today. Being very private people, we celebrated this joyous occasion with our immediate family. As we embark on the journey of love and friendship, we seek all your blessings and good wishes." Yami never openly declared their relationship status and this news came as a surprise to their fans.

On the work front, Yami Gautam will be seen next in upcoming direct-to-digital thriller, A Thursday. Yami will be essaying the role of a school teacher, Naina, in the film. A Thursday also stars Neha Dhupia, Dimple Kapadia, Atul Kulkarni and Maya Sarao in important roles. Yami made her Bollywood debut with Vicky Donor and shot to fame with the film. Over the years, she has worked in several big Bollywood films including Hrithik Roshan's Kaabil and Varun Dhawan-starrer Badlapur.
