After superstar Rajnikanth it is Akshay Kumar who is all set to shoot for a special episode with Bear Grylls for Man vs Wild. The Mission Mangal actor was snapped arriving at the Mysore airport to shoot for his part. Akshay is the third Indian to be associated with the show after Rajnikanth and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The shooting is expected to be held in the same place  in Bandipur wherein the shooting for Rajinikanth’s episode was shot.

It was nearly after four decades of cinema that Rajnikanth finally decided to do television. Reports were rife that Rajinikanth was injured during the shoot. However T Balachandra, the reserve's director and conservator of forests rubbished the reports. Meanwhile, on the work front, Akki has some interesting projects lined up after a successful run at the movies last year. Some of the biggest release for the actor in 2020 includes Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi, Laxmi Bomb, Bell Bottom, and Bachchan Pandey.
