Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor starrer Good Newwz is one of the most eagerly awaited films of the year. As the release date inches closer the entire cast of the film is busy promoting the film doing everything possible to give the film a bumper opening. During a recent promotional event the entire cast left everyone in splits with their humour. With everyone from the cast present Akshay murmured something in Diljit's ears. Right after that Akki jumped and Diljit tried to catch him but Diljit lost his balance and the duo fell down. However, they laughed and kept posing for the shutterbugs.
Talking about the film, Good Newwz is based on the concept of IVF and how confusion in name triggers a chaos in their lives with sperms of Akshay and Diljit getting interchanged. The movie is a joint collaboration between Akshay Kumar and Karan JoharThe trailer of the film upon its release received positive response from both audience and critics alike. A few days back, Akshay posted a video on social media wherein both Akshay and Diljit were seen going through electrical stimulations similar to labour pain to understand the pain all the mothers go through while delivering a baby. The movie which is slated to release on 27th December also stars Kiara Advani in a key role.
