Actor Varun Dhawan is all set to tie the knot with his childhood sweetheart Natasha Dalal at Alibaug’s The Mansion House. With the Sangeet slated to be held today ahead of the wedding tomorrow, a recent report suggests that Varun's dear friend Karan Johar will be turning the organiser and host for the evening. According to a SpotBoyE report, Varun and Natasha's family members will be dancing to hit tracks. While family performances are a given at the sangeet, Varun's co-stars and close industry friends will also shake a leg or two. One of them is actress Alia Bhatt, Varun's first co-star and dear friend. Other big names slated to perform are Janhvi Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor.
Big names from Bollywood like, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Jacqueline Fernandez and Shraddha Kapoor are also slated to attend the wedding. As reported by Pinkvilla, the number of guests is limited due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the couple has requested the wedding planners to ensure that the people at the wedding follow all the protocols. The wedding venue also has several UV disinfection devices. Not only this, there will be a counter for masks and sanitisers at the wedding. Reportedly, those who will be attending the wedding have also been requested to submit a Covid-19 test report. Varun Dhawan's wedding dress is said to be designed by ace designer Manish Malhotra, while his to-be wife who is also a designer has designed her own outfit for the wedding. Their wedding is being planned by the same wedding planner who planned Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli's hush-hush wedding.
