Kaun Banega Crorepati's registration date has finally been announced. The quiz reality TV show, hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, will start its registrations from May 10, 9 pm. The official Instagram account of Sony TV informed about the same today, May 5. Superstar Amitabh Bachchan will return as the host of the show for the 12th time. The makers of the show shared a new promo of the quiz show on their social media pages. In the promo, Big B can be seen entering the sets in his iconic walking style and announcing about the registration that begins from May 10.

Kaun Banega Crorepati has been a running since 2000 The first two seasons of the show were hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, but Shah Rukh Khan replaced him as a host for the third season. However, Big B was again brought back and since then he has shot for all the seasons.To be a part of KBC, you are required to answer the questions that will be asked during the registrations. If you are among the ones who have answered it accurately, you will be approached by the team of the show and later shortlisted according to your general knowledge. The registrations will happen through the Sonyliv app. You can download the SonyLiv app from SonyLiv official website. The app is also available at Google play store or Apple store. Kaun Banega Crorepati 12 had no live audience for everyone's safety from the novel coronavirus. Since there was no studio audience, the makers of the show had to do away with audience poll lifeline. It had been replaced by the option of video-a-friend. KBC 12 witnessed four crorepatis and all of them were women.
