'Call Me Bae' trailer to be unveiled on August 20.

One of the users wrote, "Can't wait."

Ananya also took to Instagram story and wrote, "#CallMeBae. Trailer out 20th August."

On Wednesday, the makers dropped a new promotional video that features Ananya with producer Karan Johar.

In the clip, Ananya is seen sitting in a spaceship while Karan Johar can be heard instructing everyone. He asks about her 'main character energy,' 'glam quotient,' and 'bank balance.'

Ananya interrupts, asking what he is doing.

Karan said that he is preparing for her launch and added a touch of humour to it by saying, "Hum ek baar jeete hain, ek baar marte hain, shaadi bhi ek hi baar hoti hai, par launch to baar baar ho sakta hai na."

In a light-hearted take, the video humorously highlights Ananya's part as Bae. The video shows a beaming Ananya as she discusses her character with Karan.

Excited about not playing the bougie princess that she always is, Ananya is looking forward to Bae's 'regular person struggle' - just a former South Delhi heiress, hustling and bustling in the city of dreams - Mumbai!

She is seen lively and passionately discussing her new role with Karan. Often typecast as a high-class princess, Ananya is thrilled this time by the shift in character. She inches towards portraying Bae - a once wealthy heiress from South Delhi, now dealing with everyday hustle and bustle in Mumbai.

With Ananya Panday leading the cast as Bella Bae Chowdhary, the series also features actors Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur.

Produced by Dharmatic Entertainment and boasting Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra as Executive Producers, the series stars Ananya Panday in her OTT debut.Written by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar, and Rohit Nair and directed by Collin D'Cunha.

'Call Me Bae' is scheduled to be released on Prime Video on September 6.
