Arjun Kapoor who made his Bollywood debut in Ishaqzaade will soon be seen in his 14th film which went on floors today. The yet untitled family drama which is bankrolled by John Abraham and T - Series will be helmed by debutant director Kaashve Nair. The movie brings together the pair of Rakul Preet Singh and Arjun Kapoor onscreen for the very first time. In a career spanning over seven years Arjun has been quite selective in terms of his filmi choices. The actor whose next release is a historical drama directed by Ashutosh Gowariker started his movie career opposite Parineeti Chopra in 2012.

Speaking about the film Arjun was earlier quoted as saying, “I have grown up in a joint family so I understood that it’s the biggest pillar of love, strength and support. That’s the essence of our film, which has its heart in the right place. I’m having a blast even during the prep. Meanwhile, Rakul's whose recent release Marjaavaan has opened to positive reviews posted a fun picture on Instagram announcing the commencement of the film.
