Bhooth Bangla Box Office Collection Day 5: Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar, showed a slight recovery on Day 5 of its theatrical run after a Monday dip. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the horror-comedy collected Rs 7.65 crore net on its fifth day (Tuesday, April 21, 2026), registering a 13.3% growth from Rs 6.75 crore on Day 4 (Monday). With the latest figures, the film’s total India net collection has reached Rs 72.40 crore, while the India gross stands at Rs 86.21 crore. Overseas, the film added Rs 2.50 crore on Day 5, taking its total overseas gross to Rs 31.50 crore. The worldwide gross collection now stands at Rs 117.71 crore after five days.
The film showed a typical weekday pattern after a strong opening weekend. It collected Rs 12.25 crore on Day 1 (Friday), followed by Rs 19 crore on Saturday and Rs 23 crore on Sunday. Collections dropped to Rs 6.75 crore on Monday before recovering slightly on Tuesday.
Directed by Priyadarshan, the film marks his reunion with Akshay Kumar after more than a decade. The duo has previously collaborated on several successful films including Hera Pheri, Bhagam Bhag and Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
Released on April 17, “Bhooth Bangla” is a horror-comedy featuring an ensemble cast including Paresh Rawal, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Mithila Palkar, Rajpal Yadav, Jisshu Sengupta and Asrani.
