With the demand for CBI inquiry gaining momentum in Sushant Singh Rajput death case, actors Kangana Ranaut and Kriti Sanon came forward on social media once again to support the CBI probe to the matter. Kriti in a emotional note, wrote, I Pray that the truth comes out SOON..His family, his friends, fans and all loved ones deserve this closure.. I hope and pray that the CBI takes over the case so that it’s investigating without any political agendas, in the TRUE sense, to provide justice to the family!! Its high time his soul rests in peace! #CBIForSSR #SushantSinghRajput”

Actress Kangana Ranaut’s team has shared a post on the internet where she is seen talking in favour of the CBI investigation in the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. Kangana tagged Sushant's ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande and his sister Shweta Singh Kriti in the post. She also questioned Mumbai Police and Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut in her post. The caption read as, "Mumbai police wants to rush the probe. Meanwhile, Sushant’s former girlfriend, Ankita Lokhande has also shared a video to support CBI’s intervention in the death case of the actor.

Earlier today, Shweta Singh took to Instagram to share her video and picture, demanding a CBI probe in her brother's suicide case. She wrote, "We stand together as a nation for CBI Enquiry! Demanding an unbiased investigation is our right and we expect nothing but the truth to come out. Sushant's father K.K Singh filed a complaint against Rhea Chakraborty in Patna police station. He accused her of taking Rs 15 crore from the late actor, along with other charges. Sushant's family demanded a CBI enquiry.
