Sanjay Dutt

Sanjay had shared that there are no drugs in the world that he hasn’t done yet. He had also shared that when his father, late Sunil Dutt took him to a rehabilitation centre in America for treatment, he had ticked on every single box containing names of the drugs that he has tried. And this is what the doctor told Sanjay’s father, “What kind of food do you eat in India? Going by the drugs he did, he should be dead by now!” A glimpse of his drug addiction was also portrayed in his biopic, Sanju.

Fardeen Khan

In 2001, Fardeen Khan was arrested by Mumbai police for possession of cocaine. The case closed in 2012 when he was granted bail.

Prateik Babbar

Prateik Babbar shocked everyone when he stated that he got involved with drugs when he was just 13 years old. The actor bravely took on rumours and allegations when he came clean about his struggle with alcohol and substance abuse. In a raw tell-all interview, he even claimed that his addiction reached a point where he would try out anything he got his hands on. In 2017, Prateik was happy to announce that he was sober after spending some time in rehab.
