Over the years, as Bollywood’s landscape has evolved, several iconic songs have been remade, continuing to rule the music libraries of netizens. Classic tracks have been fused with modern pop elements to create something new while retaining the essence of the originals. Here’s a look at the top five remakes of iconic tracks that have dominated the music charts:

Gori Hai Kalaiyan:The first track from Mere Husband Ki Biwi, Gori Hai Kalaiyan is a lively remake of the song from Aaj Ka Arjun. With energetic vocals by Badshah and Kanika Kapoor, this version has become the party anthem of the year. Released just a few days ago, it has already crossed 20 million views on YouTube, proving its popularity among audiences.

Choli Ke Peeche:Originally from the timeless film Khalnayak, Choli Ke Peeche was remade for the heist comedy Crew. This version features upbeat vocals by Diljit Dosanjh, Alka Yagnik, IP Singh, and Ila Arun, among others. Despite being a remake, the song received millions of views on YouTube and emerged as a chart-topping success.

Gore Gore Mukhde Pe:The original track featured in Suhaag, and its remake appears in the Rohit Saraf starrer Ishq Vishk Rebound. Sung by Badshah, Nikhita Gandhi, and Sameer Anjaan, the revamped version maintains a peppy, urban vibe that resonates well with the youth.

Papa Kehte Hain:From Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, the remake of Papa Kehte Hain retains the innocence of the original in Srikanth. It has won the hearts of listeners for staying true to the nostalgic feel of the classic track.

Laal Peeli Akhiyaan:Originally an album song, Laal Peeli Akhiyaan was remade for Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. The revamped version gained significant popularity and quickly found its place in listeners’ music libraries.

In an era when creators often hesitate to remake classic tracks, these versions have not only performed exceptionally well but have also resonated with audiences, earning millions of views on social media platforms.
