“I have realized that detaching is just as important as immersing,” she shared. "So I try to build tiny rituals, whether it is music or alone time or sometimes video call with family, and conversations with friends. And that is how I keep myself aware. I try not to take it back home and if I do, then these things help me. But sometimes I think you just cope with it and deal with it." she said, acknowledging the emotional weight that sometimes lingers after intense performances.
