Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Day 1: Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, has delivered a record-breaking opening at the box office, crossing the Rs 100 crore mark on its first day of release. The spy thriller earned Rs 102.55 crore net in India on Thursday, its official Day 1, after registering a strong Rs 43 crore from paid preview shows a day earlier. Including previews, the film’s total domestic net collection stands at approximately Rs 145.55 crore, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. The film’s total India gross reached Rs 172.63 crore, while overseas earnings stood at Rs 64 crore, taking its worldwide total to Rs 236.63 crore.

The film is produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios and directed by Aditya Dhar. Released across India in Hindi, along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, the film generated the majority of its revenue from the Hindi market. Among the regional versions, the Tamil version collected Rs 1.16 crore, while the Malayalam version earned Rs 0.09 crore. The Kannada version added Rs 0.08 crore.

Among Hindi-language films, the film recorded the biggest opening day in terms of net collections, surpassing previous benchmarks set by Jawan (Rs 75 crore), Pathaan (Rs 57 crore), Animal (Rs 63.80 crore) and Stree 2 (Rs 52 crore).

Across Indian cinema, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge ranks among the top Day 1 openers, behind Pushpa: The Rule – Part 2 (Rs 164 crore), RRR (Rs 133 crore) and KGF Chapter 2 (Rs 116 crore), while ahead of Kalki 2898 AD (Rs 95 crore).

The sequel follows the success of the first installment, released in December 2025, which emerged as one of the year’s biggest hits. According to reports, the original film earned Rs 1,056.62 crore in India and Rs 293.03 crore overseas, taking its worldwide total to Rs 1,349.65 crore.

“Dhurandhar: The Revenge” continues the story of Hamza Ali Mazari, played by Ranveer Singh in a dual role. The film also stars Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor and Gaurav Gera, while Yami Gautam makes a cameo appearance.
