Dhurandhar 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 40: Ranveer Singh Starrer Mints Over Rs 1,779 Crore Globally

Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection: Dhurandhar - The Revenge continued its theatrical run on Day 40, taking its worldwide gross collection to Rs 1,779.02 crore. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 1.05 crore net across 2,808 shows on its 40th day (Monday), marking a sharp drop from Rs 3.40 crore on the previous day (Sunday). With this, the total India net collection has reached Rs 1,131.64 crore, while the India gross stands at Rs 1,354.52 crore. Overseas, the film added Rs 0.25 crore on Day 40, taking its total overseas gross to Rs 424.50 crore. After 40 days, the worldwide gross collection now stands at Rs 1,779.02 crore.

Despite facing competition from Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar, and the Hollywood release Michael, the film has maintained a steady run at the box office, although weekday collections have slowed significantly.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film opened strongly with Rs 674.17 crore in its first week and added Rs 263.65 crore in the second week. Collections dipped to Rs 110.60 crore in the third week and Rs 54.70 crore in the fourth, followed by Rs 19.52 crore in the fifth week. In Week 6, the film earned Rs 1.55 crore on Day 37 (Friday), Rs 3.00 crore on Day 38 (Saturday), Rs 3.40 crore on Day 39 (Sunday), and Rs 1.05 crore on Day 40 (Monday).

Despite the slowdown, the film remains one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of all time. It has already crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark in India net collections and surpassed several major blockbusters, although it continues to trail Pushpa 2: The Rise in the all-time rankings.

Released on March 19 with paid previews on March 18, “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” is a spy action thriller featuring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, alongside Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi and Danish Pandor, with Yami Gautam in a cameo appearance.
